01What requirements must I meet to become an Authorized Point of Sale?

To distribute LIONZEN, you must have a physical establishment dedicated to wellness or health and be a legal entity with the capacity to act. Authorization is formalized through a framework agreement that regulates the use of the brand and the sales channel.

02Can I sell the products on marketplaces like Amazon or Miravia?

At the moment, our brand strategy focuses on exclusivity and quality control; therefore, sales on third-party platforms (marketplaces) are not authorized. The main objective of this measure is to protect your profit margin and prevent channel saturation, ensuring that the end customer always receives a product with full traceability and the best shopping experience directly from our official points of sale.

03Is selling through my own website permitted?

The base contract exclusively authorizes sales at a physical establishment. However, online sales via a proprietary website can be analyzed on a case-by-case basis, provided that a minimum order exceeding the standard is met and strict price control is accepted to avoid unfair competition with other points of sale.

04Is there a minimum order or a commitment period?

There is no minimum monthly purchase requirement or commitment to frequency. Each accepted order is considered an independent sale, allowing you to manage your stock with total autonomy.

05How are orders placed and what are the payment methods?

Orders are formally processed via email, specifying references, quantities, and billing information. Initially, the process is based on advance payment by bank transfer upon order confirmation. However, LIONZEN is committed to long-term relationships; therefore, as the relationship progresses and transaction volume consolidates, new payment terms and conditions will be studied on a personalized basis to adapt to the evolution of our business collaboration.

06What is the delivery time for the merchandise?

Once payment has been received, we will proceed to prepare and ship the order. The estimated delivery time to the agreed address is 14 business days.

07What are my obligations regarding traceability and safety?

As a point of sale, you must maintain an internal traceability record (batch and date of sale) for at least 24 months. Furthermore, you commit to withdrawing from stock any unit showing signs of deterioration or tampering.

08What happens if I receive a damaged product or there is a quality issue?

You must report the incident to LIONZEN within 24/48 hours, providing photographic evidence and the batch number. LIONZEN will handle the incident through replacement, refund, or laboratory analysis, depending on the nature of the case.

09How are retail prices (RRP) set?

LIONZEN periodically communicates a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for each product. To preserve the brand's prestige and channel consistency, points of sale must endeavor to align their pricing with said RRP.
